says paper jam out of tray 3&4 but no paper . turn machine off for 2 min resets prints one page and stalls for 30 sec and the get jam error only in tray 3 and 4

Does it look like it even picks up the paper? What is the jam code? (hold C & 8 when jam occurs). There are several things that could be wrong. LMK -
