[Error Code] Toshiba 2060 service modes

I need a little help. The church next door has a Toshiba 2060 that is no longer under contract. I'd like to help them out when service problems occur, at least until the thing dies -

Right now I have a paper lift problem. When I cheat the drawer switch, the lift motor doesn't respond. They had a problem with it popping on lift last week, so I assume either the lift motor is shot or the gears are. Still, I'd like to check it out to make sure it isn't a signal problem from the MB.

Also, the developer light is on, so will need to service the unit soon.

Can anyone help me out with this?

On this model the paper lift gear box does have a couple of gears in there that would commonly break.
