    TOSHIBA e-STUDIO353

I inherited a TOSHIBA e-STUDIO353 with a new customer and I need to set it back to the default factory configuration. Can anyone help me with this?

    08-203

Turn off the copier. POwer on while simultaneously hold down the 0 + 8 key.

Do not release until you hear a beep.

The LCD should now display Service Mode.

    Keyboard in 203.

    Power off.

    Start normally.

If this does not resolve, you have deeper issues and post back.

      This procedure leads to nothing.

      Format HDD in 08.
      Initialize NIC in 08.
Initialize department management information in 08.

If this doesn't helps do M/SYS all clearing in 08.

I'll never ask if I didn't check user manual, service manual, parts list, BSI/TNI/TAD... web, existing threads.

Are you trying to clear the print/copy logs, this can be done by hard drive formatting in

          08 - 690 - start

a button with 2 appears on the screen, press this then start and wait until 'reboot machine' appears on the display.

Do you mean wipe all information from the machine so its a blank slate? What do you mean by factory configuration ?
It didn't say that I couldn't do it in the manual.
