[Misc] eStudio Paper size on Control Panel access

I'm aware of 08-449 to disable size error jamming. That certainly helps, but does an 08 code or a setting exist to disable customer access for changing the paper tray sizes on the control panel?

    eStudio's 352, 455, 720, 855's etc. eBridge machines mainly.

I am not aware of such a code. You can turn off the drawer popup, if you didn't know... It's under User Func > Admin > General > PopUp
I will not give you service manuals or firmware.

Thanks ToshibaTech, we disable the drawer popup on day one. That certainly saves headaches too. My coworkers and I get so frustrated going to calls every single week and seeing trays with Letter paper in them set for A3, LD, LG, and every other size under the sun. Many of our machines are in school workrooms. The Teachers have access to them and obviously have a lot of free time to mess with the control panel settings.

you can screw down the paper guides in the trays which helps with that aspect. i do that a lot if the customer does not change paper sizes in the tray. of course they can still screw up the panel settings.

very long way around is that you can edit what the copier thinks, LT, LD, LG, etc... are in 05 mode. you'll have to look up all the codes but I guess you could go through and set every size to be the same size as LT... again this would only work if they never copied onto another size paper, would take a long time, and might turn into a PITA.
