    Toshiba 452

When copying from upper drawer everything is fine, but if copying from lower drawer a wave on paper and white vertical line appears on text. Clutch ? Which one ?

Registration most likely. It doesn't necessarily -have- to be a clutch but that's the tell tell signs of registration problems and is where I would look first. You've also got two transport clutches but in my experience they are more likely to cause jams. I'd spray some contact cleaner in the clutch and see if it improves, then replace as needed. Some of Toshiba's clutches disassemble readily; I am not sure if this is one of them that does or not. If so it's easy to "resurface" them with some extra fine sand paper (1000grit or so.)
I will not give you service manuals or firmware.

Did you try to swap trays? Maybe it's something wrong with second tray, worn out or something... I once had a problem with "dog ears" and waves caused by wrinkled tray.
