Is this a e35 (b/w) or a e3500c (color)? The e35 b/w has a toner bottle which is possible to be inserted upside down and will make a mess... also sometimes the toner hopper breaks on these it's not too bad to get out as long as you don't have to take the finisher off (just an extra pita.) The 3500c color machines are bad about pulling all the Developer out of the unit, also it is possible on this model for the customer not to pull the tab out of the toner cartridge. This will cause the auger to possibly break inside of the cartridge effectively ruining it. I have also seen the mechanism that runs the toner from the cartridge down to the DV unit get packed up a couple times.
I will not give you service manuals or firmware.
