If i needed firmware, manuals, drivers...anything to get customer working, I would pay the money, get the customer up and running, you are then the hero, then you charge the customer the price of obtaining the 'fixes'.

We buy used copiers from Germany & Swisserland and refurbish them and sell to client.
I have impossible to pay for everything about copiers.

Therefore i am looking for a free firmware, because i pay this cost, not client.
Client even dont know what the hell does it means "firmware".
                Thank you

So...say you buy them for 100 euros and you refurbish them and sell them for 200 euros, you factor in the 'extra' cost and sell for 230 euros, understand?

Sometimes you have to spend money to make money. Just like you have to buy tools. Firmware and manuals are tools too.
