    toshiba e355 reset counter

    Hi! i need some help on how to reset the total counter to zero.
    We need to deliver this and someone made so many copies during set up. thanks in advance.

    This is not possible, and illegal. You'd be better off to say the copies on the meter were a test run by your service department in order to help insure excellent service to this client.
    I will not give you service manuals or firmware.

        thanks..customers are so demanding that they insists on a fresh unit. btw, i am talking of 2000 copies.

              First month or two of service free? Not likely to produce many calls anyway...

                we gave in to the customer's request, a discount equivalent to the no of copies made, very small amount.
