    "Time for periodic maintanence" message alerted.

    This message has been alerted after many time of paper jam has occurred. Maybe I need to change some of problem hardware. Otherwise, Can I disable or reset this message? I need your help, please!

    The message is easily reset but will not help with your paper jamming issues. You can look in 6+Start mode and see what items are over their life (if they have been correctly reset in the past) to help you get a clue at what MIGHT need to be replaced. What model?
    I will not give you service manuals or firmware.

        Sorry, YOu go into 6+Start while powering on then enter a 2 and it will show a list of all counters. Again only accurate if they have been reset in the past.
        I will not give you service manuals or firmware.
