    E-Studio 3511 cyan toner

Machine gives a message to replace cyan toner, i have clean the toner sensor, change the cyan dev
and did dv calibration check all the augers in the toner and dv unit none are broke but can't get the message to go away. The book said the sensor controls all colors so why is picking on the cyan.
Any input would be real helpfull.

Check the flags which are actually part of the toner cartridges. If they are messed up or dirty they may cause the problem. If you look at the rear of the toner it's the square "hole" which rotates around underneath the sensor.

Also and more likely IMO did you clean the correct sensor? There are two of them over the revolver unit. One is the ATDC sensor located over the middle of the revolver. The toner detection sensor is located at the rear of the revolver. They are both mounted on the plate over top of the revolver, accessed by removing the exit/receiving tray.
I will not give you service manuals or firmware.

not 100% sure but i think it`s 0.55mm.There was a bulletin about this a while ago.you can try increasing the gap slightly and see if this makes any difference
