Well installing the parts of the DV Kit and Drum is pretty straight forward if you are already an experience technician. Front cover comes off (2 screws, 1 connector on top, 1 connector underneath yellow wires) Then you can take the drum/cleaner off the DV unit. Two screws take the Dev unit cover off. Dump out the material and use the gear (direction to turn marked on metal plate) to auger out all that you can. This machine recycles so it's important to get a lot out. Install new parts, I usually do no install the needle electrode it's more trouble than it's worth but i usually put the grid on. Make sure you don't lose the bushing on the rear end of the drum. Make sure you powder the drum with patting powder or some toner. Clean the doctor blade by shoving a piece of paper or transparency or business card inbetween it and the mag roller, these are bad about getting void lines caused by buildup behind the doc blade.

When you get it all together power up while holding 0+5 till Test Mode appears. Enter 200 <enter> after about 2 mins the text will disappear then reappear and after a couple more mins the value at the top will stabilize fluctuating between 2 or 3 values. Use the up/down keys to get it in the range of 2.35-2.45. I usually go for 2.4 but err on the lower side.

Turn off, go into 6+Start mode like you did before, enter a 2, then <enter> in this screen you can reset counters for the replaced parts.
I will not give you service manuals or firmware.

Pretty sure ya wanna take out the toner before you run 0+5 (200).

@toshibatech: do you really forget about the needle??

I rarely change the needle electrode and I have never had any negative issues with leaving the toner in the machine either. Funny the manuals don't tell you to take it out but they tell you to put it back in.

Ive noticed the manuals only say to put the bottles back in too, I did have a couple of 352's that sucked out all the dev after a thousand or so prints when i forgot to remove the toner, so i just do it as a precaution.
Ahh, I misunderstood, I thought u were saying u leave the needle out all together, but u just dont replace it. Make sense.
