e2830c Dept Code issue printing color

I have one computer on a network of 10 that won't prompt for a dept code when printing. On top access it says print job invalid and I can release and then it asks for dept code. It's a windows 7 Dell (not the only win7 machine on network). I can save the access code in the driver and it prints fine.
I flashed machine and downloaded latest driver. Any other suggestions?

Do you have the "No Limit Black" feature turned on.

Are you only trying to control Colour Copy/ Prints?

Are you running V230 firmware? 5.11.96.0 PSL3 Print Driver?

What version of Win 7.0 is running on the PCs?

In addition make sure no firewall is blocking SNMP communications on that PC.
I will not give you service manuals or firmware.

          Check the port configuration.
You need to enable snmp communication, if you don't the pop up window will never show up and you will not be able to insert a department code.

Completely remove the driver and all related driver files (list is on the Windows Test Page) and the Toshiba folder from your My Documents (if there is one) and try again.
Please don't ask me for firmware or service manuals as refusal often offends.
