1370 won't feed

    1370 won't feed

    Hello everyone,

    I have a Toshiba 1370 that won't feed from the paper or bypass trays, the tires don't spin at all. I replaced the whole paper feed assembly (from a parts machine) without success. Anyone know how to use the test mode on this machine. Intravia has something about it their guide but I can't figure out how it's supposed to work. Any advice is greatly appreciated.

      Make sure the drive gear that drops when the clamshell closes, isnt sticking up. I've used to run into that quite a bit.

          Yes, that would appear to be it. I'm in the process of cleaning it up now. Thank you so much. Having this machine running will make my day. You sir, are AWESOME!!!
