eStudio 202L "close front door" message

Have a 202L that reads "close front door". Replaced switch, interlock switch OK. When you open the transfer door and the front door, it reads "close front door", if you then close front door, it reads"close transfer door", close the transfer door and it goes back to "close front door". So I think the switches are working, but what am I missing? Driving me nuts..... Any thoughts? thanks.... Jeff M.

If the switches are good then pull the plug and check all the fuses on the power supply. This is a common error message if one of the fuses is bad....
And Star Trek was just a tv show...yeah right!

Is there also a micro switch on the front door or just the interlock? I can't remember right off and don't have one in front of me. Also I believe there is an adjustment on the metal actuator on the front door to move it from one side to the other. I can't remember for sure but I think I have moved that in the past.

There is a switch for the front door, along with the interlock. I've replaced the switch about 2 weeks ago, (when I first replaced it, nothing happened, but I opened and closed the front door again, and it worked. I'm assuming it was a fluke that it worked then.) Customer called a few days ago and said it's happening again. I've manually held the interlock and front door switch in, and nothing. Jeff M.

You are saying that you are holding the interlock down and holding the micro switch down and it still says close door/cover?

If that's the case then I would have to say trace the wiring, then after that either LGC board (micro switch) or PS (interlock.) PS is easy same: on the different models of this series (200/2/3L, 230/2/3, 280/2/3). LGC must come from a 202L I am not certain that a 200L or 203L would work, never tried... but as far as I know the other speed models would not work. Or maybe there is another wire shorted to ground somewhere causing something flaky to happen every now and then.
