Yes there are some problems with newest MS OS and software. So first things first. Make sure You have latest firmware (v 233). Increase timeout at the machine side. Play whit other e-mail settings.

I'll never ask if I didn't check user manual, service manual, parts list, BSI/TNI/TAD... web, existing threads.

It sounds if some emails are successfuly transmitting, you probably have the DNS Server and port # correct.

When you say sometimes works & sometimes not, do you mean randomly for everyone or do you mean to email clients inside & outside the business?

If sometimes not, for email clients inside the business, you need to go back and examine the SMTP Server address. Try pinging the Email Server and use the IP address.

        Thanks alot for your answers,

I raised the machine firmware to (v233), i used the IP address to SMTP server and checked the DNS everything it seems ok, but i noticed that when i send the scanned pages in TIFF format the machine send it directly without any problem, but in PDF format the machine faild to send email and " Unavailable Mailbox" appeared again in message logs ?
