    canon np 7161 error code e004

    i have problem regarding canon np 7161 error code E004?
    anybody can help me how to reset this code.

          Hi,
          Error E 004 relates to the fuser section. Sorry I dont have reset but some of the NP Canon's had no reset for this as such. It could be just a case of rectifying the problem, ie cleaning the thermistor or replacing then checking the thermal switch and heater lamp/lamps for open circuit. Does the code come on as soon as the machine is switched on?
