    [Error Code] Toshiba Estidio 351C (CA20)

    Hi,

    I just clean up the laser unit of a Toshiba Estudio 351C, CA20 code appears.
    I check all connectors, I opened the Laser again and check all. everything was fine.

    Any ideas?

      There are 2 sensors on the laser (these are the horizontal sync sensors) they are either unplugged, bad, or when cleaning you knocked something loose.
      And Star Trek was just a tv show...yeah right!

          Solved, one lens wasn't in it's place, blocking one sensor.
