10871087 is a Mita service code not Toshiba.
Try turning the machine on while holdin 0&8

What was the model name in Toshiba dp1570?Is this digital copier?I heard it first.

Digital copier. Made by Kyo Mita. Same as Mita Ai 1515. Don't know if toner cart is the same, though.

1087 1087 to enter service mode really crap machine have a manual if you want it

c60 is a fuser code o78 to reset unless somethings blown then throw it out a window and tell them to buy a real copier
