eStudio 4511 color machine flashes and crashes when some print jobs are submitted

Didn't do it while I was there yesterday but 1 user was printing PDF docs with a postcript driver. Other users using the same driver print fine the error sub code was 070 I think. Intravia missing some key info I need. What is the default admin password for this machine?
