HELLO AND HAPPY VALENTINE'S DAY TO ALL...
Today I have my usual Toshiba 3511 but with a different issue. The copier is asking to install new black toner. New toner was installed, it worked some pages and it asked for it again. Deep cleaning performed, toner installed, it worked but the warning came out again. Any idea of where else to look, everything seems to be working but it won't read it, any help would be greatly appreciated.

I have had the same problem but with e281c. Check if developer unit is rotating when it is installed in the machine. I am sure it is not.

Solution
There is 2 or 3 gears inside the machine looking from color developer units cover removed that are driving black dev unit. Look at nearest one to You. Check the shaft's bushing installed on the machines chassis - it is worn out. That's why there is no driving to the black dev unit.

Thanks.... now look what happened, we took out the developer unit and we noticed that the toner is not getting into the developer unit... any idea why this is happening?

In this case check:
1. Toner bottle coupling on machine side.
2. Toner pipe on the bottom of the machine. You have to remove a lot of parts - check Service Manual!
