Machine only has about 80K on it code is intermittent but it finally did it for me today, I replaced the 2nd transfer position sensor which didnt help, I am going back tomorrow with a few things ,has anyone had this issue before on this series of machines? If you reboot the machine it works fine...for awhile ... I found the bulletin for the 4520c which talks about an upgrade to the 1-way clutch in the registration drive assy has anyone seen this on a 2330/2830 or is it just supposed to be the 4520 as the bulletin indicates?

TT 09-112 e4520c error code CECO
CONTENT
We would like to inform you of the countermeasure to the "CEC0 error" caused by the locking problem of the one-way clutch in the drive unit.
1. Investigation of the cause
Follow the procedure below to check if the "CEC0 error" is caused by the locking problem of the one-way clutch, and if it is so, perform step 2 "Countermeasure".
Note:
The "CEC0 error" caused by the locking problem of the one-way clutch does not always materialize while the cause is actually being investigated. Therefore, even if problems other than locking do not occur, perform step 2 "Countermeasure".
Procedure:
(1) Take off the inner cover and the duct.
(2) Perform the output check (03-239) if the edge of the shaft is rotated by 180 degrees and then stopped, pressing the [START] button each time.
If it is not rotated, proceed to step (3) because the registration motor may not be rotating or the locking of the one-way clutch is defective.
If it is rotated by 180 degrees and then not stopped, the 2nd transfer roller position detection sensor or the harness may be the cause.Comment

I`m facing the problem also on a e3520c , 1st time back in a month the code appear then i clean up the reg.clutch but it last onlt 1 month, today it happened again and i did the same thing which is useless , i clean up all the side of the machien including the reg.censor and it was ok for 2 hours and then it came back again CEC0 , Hopefully the 1 way gear could help me get it straight up and solved the problem once and for all.

Just fixed this on a machine yesterday, changed sensor- no good. Followed all the possible steps in the manual, didn't notice the gear on the back of the shaft had a one way clutch in it. Pulled that off cleaned it, ran a bit of emery over the end of the shaft, was running like a charm after that.Comment
