    Toshiba e-studio 650 - Adjustment mode

    Hi,
Could someone tell me, please, how to acces code 221 (Transfer transformer DC output adjustment/center value) in adjustment mode (05). I tried everything I could think of (disconnenting DU, taking out Du, though I know it should be connected).
In new model of large MFPs this value can be adjusted in service mode, but not with this model.
Please help me with this, the client has problems with print jobs because the drum picker fingers scratches the toner from paper (I`ve changed them with new ones).

I believe you need a drum jig to run this program. Also check drum ground and transfer belt grounds.
And Star Trek was just a tv show...yeah right!

I do not think there is a jig for drum or a grounding issue (I also have a e-s 810 and e-s 720 in the same room and using the same power grid)....10q for reply.

Just went back to the service handbook and you are correct no jig required. Look in section 3.5 for the adjustments and how to make them. This it handbook not the manual.

In my service handbook doesn`t say anything about transfer transformer adjustment, in section 3.5 (it refers to high voltage adjustment for main grid bias and developer bias).
