    e 352 dispaly problem

    hello everyone.
    i am new to this board and running to this problem ,display went out (had alot of vertical line on display)all button and function still work, copier running normal,when copier gets warmits starting erratic display, these are the board had been replace (sys,lgc,hvt,ps,hdd,scn), laser,lcd display. all firmware been up to date, bare machine for checking wire shortage. take (drum unit,dv unit,fuser unit ) out of machine and turn on its sit for 2min and display no good.copier running dead end. help please

    note: display plug directly into sys board

    Does machine have a fax pwb? If so check behind it for pinched wire, happens all the time.
    If not, then check the power supply. One of the out puts should be at 5.1 volts and the factory has them set at 4.8 volts. To adjust break the glue on the pot and slowly turn until the reading is correct. WARNING this is a live area and any mistake can cause the board to blow or give a jolt to the tech.
    And Star Trek was just a tv show...yeah right!

      no fax board, and there is no network connection.

        note: there is no fax board, and network connection. power supply had been replace(take off from working condition copier), display plug directly into system board

          Might sound stupid but did you check the connection directly under display panel for good connection or bent pins?
