e350 weird e-filling

Hi guys....this seem to be a very funny problem.

1) Customer scans a document into Public Box in e-filling.
2) Opens the document from file downloader
3) Saves the document and select YES to remove document from copier after retrieval
4) Document disappears from Public Box when viewed from file downloader (this is expected)
5) Customer presses E-filling button at copier and goes into Public Box.
6) The document is still there and she is still able to print it out. (now this is the funny part)

So guys....any of you experienced this kinda problem before? Should I do a 690 to clear up the hdd?

I believe that was a firmware issue and needs to be upgraded.
