I have nice profit with these machines which are made more than 10k/1k black/color copies per month. But You have to do maintenance as Toshiba recommends. Go away from the older ones eS3511 and eS4511.

If you keep them clean and the customer runs 1k a month color or more they are good machines. The only one I ever have trouble out of, the customer runs maybe 1k a year color.

You will regret it as the maintenance will eat your lunch if you try to contract them out. When I had these machines out in the field, I normally had to take half of my inventory to be sold to use as parts machines. Odd items break on these machines and the cost to get some of the parts are high dollar. Stay clean away from the 3511/4511 351c/451c machines. Like everyone else has stated.. go with the Toshiba 2500c, 3500c, 4500c and up machines. They are nicer to the technicians and shop owners...lol

They are fine if cleaned and you do a few tweaks. They are time consuming to maintain compared to other toshiba models. If you do get them there are a few things to do on set up which can help. I fix them often and find if you clean them often and service them properly you do not get many issues.
It didn't say that I couldn't do it in the manual.
