Transferring Fax Speed dial list to Ricoh Machines

As the title says, I'm trying to move the speed dial list out of the Toshibas and save them in a way that I can manipulate the data and push it out onto a ricoh machine. There are various types of Toshibas that will be involved in this process, but the majority of them are 203sd's.

Ricoh uses SmartDevice monitor and CSV files. Is there any Toshiba Utility that can export the fax list as a CSV?

    Thanks

you can save the address book from i think all digital Toshiba as a csv file.

if you open top access (type in the copiers IP address in a web browser)
Admin Tab (default password is 123456)
    Maintenance Tab
    Export Tab
Address book should be under there.

you might have to open the csv file and move some columns around to match the Ricoh

    Cheers

This is great info, you are a lifesaver! Is there any way you know that you can get the same info if it is not a network machine - as in through USB2.0?

I've done some searching and can't find this software, anyone know of a link to a download.

Thanks for the feedback guys, I usually only deal with Ricohs/Canons/KM so this world is new to me.
