Tell her to hold down C & 8 and tell you the code.

You need to have her hold down the "C" and "8" buttons. This will display a 3 or 4 digit alpha numeric code in the corner of the LCD. This will be what we need to assist. If you're on site and just can't get the key sequence right, power up in 08 mode, key in 253 and press start. This will give the last 20 0r so error codes by date. Emujo
If you don't see your question answered in the forum, please don't think it's OK to PM me for a personal reply...I do not give out firmware and/or manuals.

              its a fuser temp code

check theres no paper over thermisters, no shorted wires etc.
reset the error (hold down "0" and "8" while turning on, type "400" then press "start", set to "0" then press "start", then turn off and on)
if it doesn't warmup properly again it may need new thermisters

              Cheers Cam

Before exchanging thermisters check thermostats if they are alive.

I'll never ask if I didn't check user manual, service manual, parts list, BSI/TNI/TAD... web, existing threads.

It's probably the older style 200 and not the 200L so it's probably older than you're thinking.
I will not give you service manuals or firmware.

Hmm I really don't know 200L. Is it small brother/sister of 230L. Anyway thermostats are easy to check.
