Hi...new to forum. wondered how to fix a scanning problem identified with error message on top access as 'nic system error.'...troubleshooting advises to talk to dealer but we bought this second-hand.
the display panel on the copier says "no pop 3 server". We were doing just fine until the scanner just stopped. made no changes to the copier or settings.
we have powered off, let rest, powered on; no change. we unplugged and replugged the router; no change. don't know what else to try.
any ideas greatly appreciated! note: i'm strictly non technical and don't understand acronyms (altho i do know nic stands for network interface card). but i usually can take direction well if told to try something to fix.
