es350 LCF tray sep roller has a flat spot

This machine's LCF Sep roller had a flat spot 2 weeks ago so I replaced all 3 rollers, today I went back and the same roller had another flat spot. Rollers seem to turn properly. Has anyone seen this problem? Thanks

remove the lower right cover of the lcf and make sure the two gears are not cracked. If they are good then replace the torque limiter. I have had several do this over the years.

Problem was the inner one of the 2 plastic gears was missing it's e-ring and had moved enough to occasionally not contact the outer plastic gear.
