how do i configure scan to file option using Topaccess

At the run command, type in: \\IP address of copier. Enter

You should see FileShare.

Right click. Create a shortcut on the Desktop.

I like to rename the shortcut "Toshiba Scan" and change the icon to something more colourful to stand out from the PC's wallpaper.

From the shortcut you can drag files directly onto the PC's desktop.

thats ftp transfer \\ip well it worked later i got it configured to the ftp server now its scans directly to my pc....A BIG THANK YOU TO SalesServiceGuy.....
