We have an es232 that loses the smtp client settings every time it is rebooted or shut down. Other than that the machine works fine. Makes copies, scan to file works (with no issues), prints without issues. Has anyone seen this before?
Yes I have seen this several times and firmware resolved issue. A couple of machines had to be downgraded then upgraded to fix but most was a standard reload or upgrade.
