updating firmware for E4520C series USB

The issue was self inflicted..I was powering on the copier with 08/49 instead of 49 power on..

The unzipped 4520c folder needs to be at the root also with the ment file That folder I believe is labeled "2820c_3530c" Never had firmware upload issues with these models.

I haven't worked on many Toshiba's lately but I still should know how to do this. I've done it before but seem to be doing something wrong..I needed to update a E 4520C today so I downloaded the ment.02 file in the root of the usb and the added the model specific folder. It just wouln't update. It recognized the usb but said it didn't recognize the firmware. I did not open the firmware folder before I put it on the usb. In other words, the usb showed the ment.02 file and beside it was the firmware folder. I unzipped it before placing it on the usb but should I have opened it first and then sent it to the usb? I thought the copier would open the file..Been updating to many other brands lately
