[Electrical] Toshiba e studio 282 ''power failure''

Oke folks .. I am new at this so be kind ! (H) ... I dont have too much information about this machine, neither as experience in this job,a s far as I know machine has on-screen message ''POWER FAILURE''(in top right corner)..exactly,I dont understand how it works if its power failure ,anyways..machine can be used from time to time,it isnt off or something,so its not cable thing or so .. would appriciate if some1 had/has this problem and know how to solve it..I expect its something simple...

I dont think its dmged or something since machine is bough like 7 days before and made only 17xx copys...

-Is there any way I can print report?

If you turn off machine by just pressing button, you'll have this message. But if you press power save button you'll see Shut Down option on your touch screen, and that's the way you should turn off your copier.

        Exactly

The man who installed that machine should told you that.

I am sure it displays power failure only when it has been turned off by the switch when a job, either print or copy was in its memory. I usually have this when a customer has a jam and turned the machine off hoping the jam would go away. Pressing function clear (FC) twice will clear the message off the screen.
Make sure the machine is shut down in the correct way, as the hard drive can become damaged.
If you use top access and check the logs, in there you can look through the activity on the machine. It may help determine when or if the customer is turning the machine off. It could be at the end of the day or after a jam. The customer may just need a little training on the machine.
It didn't say that I couldn't do it in the manual.
