351C color quality

I have a estudio 351C that copies B/W fine, but on color, the toner is not cleaning off the transfer roller or transfer belt. The old transfer roller was falling apart so we did replace that but now have this problem.

Clean LSU's slit glass.
Change transfer belt blade.

I've had a few transfer belts playing up over the last few months (very hot humid summer), and find you must replace the cleaning blade at the same time. I suspect that is some of the cases of belts playing up the ozone filter has been blocked to some extent, and is not clearing the heat build up from the rear of the machine. and the rubber guide inside the transfer belt is suffering. - Theory only at this time.
