E520 - badly jittering copies
My E-studio 520 recently turns out to produce black copies like these

Two months ago, I still can make copies with it. In 100 copies, there would be 20 badly jittering images. Now , the machine only prints out the bad copies.
The thing is that there is no error code. It even makes bad copies from blank originals and Test print mode 04 -111 . I've changed the SYS board, LGC board, main charger , drum . Nothing is fixed.
Do you guys have any ideas what are the causes here ? Thanks in advance , guys.
P/s : I DO have the service handbook, do not try suggest buying it. I want to hear ideas how to fix the machine, please.
