    Power Off first

    Power on pressing 03

you will be on Dignostic Output test mode

make sure all covers are closed

Enter 109--------Observe PFP Motor runs ok.
Enter 225--------Observe Transport Clutch Functions ok. try to turn the transport rollers by hand if its tight good, if clutch release when the code is off it functions alright.
Enter 226--------Observe Upper PFP Roller Clutch function as above turn physically and see
Enter 228--------PFP Lower Clutch do the same..

When the code is "on" and if the rollers are turning freely that appropriate clutch is defective.

if not ......clean PFP sensor on the Paper jamming door with a brush check the connectivity of wires to the LGC Board.

    It should work else.

    Replace LGC Board and see.

    regards

Thanks for the tips rukshan4u2c, however I don't actually have a PFP, just upper and lower in the base config.
However you did steer me on the right path, as I tested the 2nd transport roller - which worked, but then I tested the 2nd transport sensor - and it appears not to be working. I sprayed it with air but it still isn't functioning.
So I will replace that part and see if it fixes my jamming.
