toshiba 3570 erro codes cannot be clear

hello guys can you help me to my problem about the error code c41 and periodic maintenance. i already clear and reset those values in the service mode. hold 08 subcode 89 and 79 then clear make it 0 it works but if i will turn off the the machine and with for a couple of minutes the error code return back even if i will change the country settings it return back everytime that i restart or turn off then on the machine.. im thinking maybe theres a problem of the memory or in the battery of the machine.


so pls guys if you have an idea about the said problems that i have can you help me? it will be a good help for me all of your advice will be appreciated.

Fuser Problem change Thermistors first reset code then it works i think but i am not shure the thermistors are the same analog 2060
