    Another Estudio 3500c finisher question

When changing from a MJ1030 to the 1101 finisher, is there anything to do other than changing the 0-8 service mode, 1912 from "0" to "1" ?

Because we have had several of these machines that code out a 570 when we try to do this. They will only work with the big folder finisher....We updated the firmware but no change.

The small finisher interface board that mounts on the system board is different for a MJ-1101, you need to replace that when changing the finisher.
Some days, it's just not worth chewing through the restraints

if you flash the ipc (finisher interface pwb) to 1.4 then it supports both.
And Star Trek was just a tv show...yeah right!
