"Manuals" was right...dude, you need to seriously consider getting out of the Toshiba repair buisness. Now you've got a dead MFP and probably 1 less friend...You need to get a certified Toshiba tech with recovery jigs to get this pig back up and running. Did you look to see what firmware version you were upgrading to and what version you were at? You can't go from version 50 to 370 in 1 step... Emujo
If you don't see your question answered in the forum, please don't think it's OK to PM me for a personal reply...I do not give out firmware and/or manuals.

It must be a legend or not European version. I have made it many times 10/50 to 3xx.

Anyway if only LSR firmware has gone wrong after hardware repair of the problem firmware update with USB is still possible. But emujo is right about firmwares. Next time You might break not HDD, not LSR, not SYS, not LGC but OS and You really will disapoint your customer. Pay attention for the source of firmware and get well prepared for the update. Some updates procedures are not the same like in service handbook but different one explained in add docs. So firmware itself is not enough to be cowboy...

I know that machine (we work together with copyalbania) and i think is a power supply problem, because after turning on the machine,Sys board is on and scanner lamp stays on.
Everything came after a cleaning the power supply wich was full of waste toner, because a break in the tube of waste toner (up to LGC board).
First it showed me F111 and after some reseats of wires this code dissapered but showed F070 wich means bad communication between LGC and SYS boards.
I tried upgrading the firmware and upgrade was sucsessful only for HDD,OS and Scanner (they are connected directly to SYS board) and was not a sucsessful upgarde for Laser,Engine and PFC (they are connected directly to LGC board).
After Copyalbania tried different firmwares, the copier didnt start and just stayed at a black screen.
So i think is just an electrical problem or LGC board is dead.

Oh, man! You drink too much tea.
What if He offers all the tea in India, too?
                  I'm just joking!

Ok tinnyjay that is the way You should explain the history of the problem. And where in troubleshooting is explained that You have to update the firmware (concerning F070 and F111)? When You break car's tire did You flash car's firmware?

I am supposing that cards and connections are not the problems. But it is obligatory to start changing them. Check also high voltage cables all over the machine and cables leading to environment sensor if they are squeezed, twisted etc......

I just recall that there are different versions of firmware according to sales aria. Like Europe (MJD), USA (ASD)... etc. Which version did You use dear colleagues from Albania?

I have checked physically all cables and pins on the boards, but everything looks to be ok there
I know there is nothing depended on the jigs, but is a foolish making me crazy.

                    One thing to know!!!

Actually cars (most modern cars anyway) do have firmware. It is in the onboard computer. My brother is a mechanic and flashes these on the vehicles he works on.

Power for the scanning lamp comes from the power supply. Then should be controlled by the slg pwb which is also controlled by the sys pwb.
If the wrong firmware was installed then you could have caused this. Also the toner spill into the power supply could have damaged a section that supplies power to the lgc pwb which would cause all of the symptoms you described. If you have another machine I would try power supply first. Then lgc pwb since you can not get the recovery jigs (about 1,000 usd last I checked).
And Star Trek was just a tv show...yeah right!

If you got a F111 its the scanner but you need to use recovery jigs at this point. USB update will not work.
