    Estudiio 200 print quality question?

Copier works good. Copies come out good except on one area of the copy. On all copies made and on the same area the printing is missing. It runs from the top of the page to the bottom. It was like someone took an eraser and ran it down the page and erased those letters.
It does it if I make copies or print something from my computer.
Any help or suggestions would be appreciated.
    Thanks Scott

sounds like a void on your developer unit (the part that spreads the toner onto the drum)

The easiest option is to put up with it.
Second easiest is to buy a new process unit but that can be expensive.
Third option that may work its to try fix it yourself (this involves removing the process unit, undo 4 screws (2 at the front and 2 at the back) separate the drum unit from the developer unit, you will hopefully see a patch of toner missing on the mag roller, simply running a piece of paper across the mag roller between the roller and the blade my fix the problem - no guarantees.

if you have no idea what im talking about, best to leave it to someone qualified...
