I have a machine that stopped printing. The wireless is on the network and shows that it is connected through the on screen check. When I ping it, it says "destination unreachable" or fails sometimes. I double checked the ip/subnet/gateway. That is the same. Rebooted wireless and copier. What should I look into next? The churches IT person will be there tomorrow, any suggestions?
