If there's no error code in the history to help you then I've often seen the wrong driver create that message. We had a customer who's IT guy had loaded an old Tosh driver for a different machine and everytime they hit print they'd get "reboot copier".
Why does every customer think they're the first one to ever say: "you've been here so much we should get you an office, ha, ha, ha"?

One more thing. If OS is Win7 You have to update to latest firmware/driver. Win7 with old firmware/driver can cause reboot the machine indication.

I'll never ask if I didn't check user manual, service manual, parts list, BSI/TNI/TAD... web, existing threads.

its defiantly computer related, iv had a es2820c saying reboot machine like a call for service but with no code, only happen when a certain laptop was connected to their network.
it could be either wrong driver or and copier/printer monitor software installed on a pc

Reboot Machine messages usually indicate the copiers HDD is going bad. Replace the HDD and firmware associated with it.

try to run the hdd reset, off the machine press/hold 08 then pres 690 then pres start button the default value is 2 then press enter, when the copier indicate to reboot the machine turn off then wait for 10 second to on the machine again. hope it helps.

Possibly, but as posted above, w/o any "F" codes in error history, HDD replacement would probably be waste of time. BTW, I've only had 1 of these SATA drives fail in the 3510C series over the years, and that was partly a result of power (sags) problems. With the older IDE drives, I'd tend to agree with you a little more. Driver issue is more likely the culprit..Toshiba likes to match drivers with firmware updates...some over eager IT rep has probably spotted a newer version of drivers and installed them w/o the necessay update to the MFP firmware 1st.
