[Misc] e2330c with Fax Kit

Received fax will print out using A3 paper... (Intermittent)

But when i check back the print logs, incoming fax is printed as A4-R....

MFP drawer 1 = A4, drawer 2 = A3.

Is it A4 drawer busy, it go to A3.... or sender's paper size is longer than A4, thus print out as A3?

I tried to change the attribute paper type to "FAX" for drawer 1...But later all A4 print job will go the bypass tray...

Any idea?

Did You try to have paper source with A4-R? If not applicable check 13-517.

I've enable 13-517. Customer insist of using A4 and A3 size on drawers. I've also enable the reduction features on Top Access--> Setup --> Fax.

I've tried send fax using paper size longer than A4 using DP80F, when receiving fax, MFP detect as B4 paper, and print out using A3 paper...
When i send fax using paper size A4 paper, MFP detect as A4-R paper and print out using A4 paper...
Is the regular reduction B4--> A4 not working? or bcoz customer has A3 paper?
