    [Jamming] Toshi estudio 555 e590

    Hi all

I am working on a Toshiba estudio 555 fitted with a MJ-1028 finisher. When the customer tries to print a document on A5R from the bypass, the machine jams in the finisher with code E590. But if i were to make an A5R copy from the bypass, there isnt any jam. It is only when printing that causes jams in A5R. I have tried tweaking the drivers but didnt have any luck. All help would be appreciated....thanks in advance.

Which programs are you printing from that are causing the issue?

So do you setup the Word document to be an A5 Landscape?

Is the firmware at the latest version?

Other than that, I'm out of ideas. I will let you know if I can think of anything else.

To override any Word issues, go Properties/Configuration/Drawer Setting and check the Override Application Source Settings box. Then select A5 and bypass in the driver
Some days, it's just not worth chewing through the restraints
