Have a month old 255se. Printing and scan to email ok. Customer also wanted scan to file on server.(Win2008) Set up template. When you try to scan to the template, it takes the paper in, waits about 5 seconds and then says REBOOT MACHINE. I upgraded to version flash 303. Then partitioned, formatted, firmware again and tried 08 693. Put all network settings back in and same message. Set up to send to same folder from the e4520 upstairs and it scans to it fine. Anyone run into this before?
