    toshiba eStudio 2020c

    hi Gurus,,, well yesterday toshiba 2020c control panel was not working it takes commands, but in panel it remains Warming up,,, and network init.... and nothing after that after a long time...
    even when you go into diagnostic mode of 0-8, 0-5 it take comands but remain tilt with WAIT nothing
    i tried out
    updating frim 3.3
    deleting partitions +firm but did't work out formating hd with 08-690 because as i mention above WAIT
    Chaing hard drive nothing same problem...
    any clue

      What about the RAM on the system board. I sometimes have gotten away with cleaning the contacts with a clean rubber (before anyone else commentS, I mean eraser). Or you could change the ram to be sure. If not maybe try the system board itself.
      It didn't say that I couldn't do it in the manual.

          well we have change da hdd , formatting with 08*690 , nothing .. then changing the sys board its ok but when i disconect fax it worked.. thought it was fax caed but i was wrong, installing new one..... same thing now have to work with nvram....
          another problem is that the printing is very slow and not even open topacess even i have enabled it in the admin manue.

          neeed help

              Was it a new hard drive? You clan clear the ram flags using clear+3 and option 1. Can you get into the 05 and 09 codes now?

                  i have tried now we have send the board in guarantee,,, it was nvram and sys board...
                  actualy connectoing fax it went in tilt ... so what u say
