Toshiba Estudio 230 printing 2 pages for every 1 page print job.

    Hi guys and gals,
I cant put my finger on this one. I have a client that says for every print job they send to the copier it prints it twice.
for example if they send a 4 page document, when they collect it from the copier it has printed the doc twice.

This may seem silly to check, but I've seen things this stupid before: Did someone go under printing preferences and set copies to 2 in the print driver?
Only other suggestion would be check driver itself- could be wrong one loaded and casuing issues.
Why does every customer think they're the first one to ever say: "you've been here so much we should get you an office, ha, ha, ha"?

Thanks for the reply arn79. Have already checked the basics. I suspect an intermittant driver problem. Will look closer into it. May reinstall drivers.
      Have a great week.

Weird driver issues are certainly common enough. One customer was trying to print a long PDF doc and it would jam in the bridge unit every time when it got to page 9. I switched from PS3 to PCL6 and their problem went away.
        Good luck!
