    Toshiba E-Studio 25 Reset

I have a Toshiba E-Studio 25 copier. I have changed the tonier and drum but I am still getting the "Time for Maintenance" I have tried the 08-673 reset function but it still shows the "Time for Maintenance" message. Can anyone guide me to correcting this issue?

    Thanks.

      Thanks Emujo,

I am not sure if I am doing the procedure correct. Could you instruct me on how to do each step after the following:

      1. I power off the unit.
      2. Pres 0 and 8 at the same time and power on the unit.
      3. What now?

      Thanks.

You should be then in the 08 codes. Set 252 to 0. Do you work with toshiba much>? We used to reset the drum counter another way. Its in my dp16 manuals. I just dont know where my manual is.
It didn't say that I couldn't do it in the manual.

Thanks Michaelc. Change the setting to 0 and that did the trick!!!! I do work on Toshiba's from time to time but I, too, have misplaced my manuals. I am a hardware engineer with my own pc support business. Thanks again for the assistance. Everyone here rocks!
