E-6550C Mac printing problems and scan to email

E-6550c printing from Mac it will not print the color (deletes it all together) when selecting print in black and white. Scan to email will not connect to server, customer has comcast isp, I've tried without and with authentication and still no luck. Any help would be appreciated. Thanks,

Are you using a generic driver or the Toshiba PPD?
