          Thanks manuals4you, friend of my already gave me firmware for e 352 , but i can'T down load to my new hdd, only show 1. 2. 3. 4. Blank, can you help me how to install, if i need anythings else i will buy from you

              might be the wrong firmware among other things
              It didn't say that I couldn't do it in the manual.

                              my machine working fine now
                              hold 49 and turn on wait for 5 mins and press start let machine update firmware, after complete turn off, 08-947 initialize done
                              make sure file and mentusb.o seperate when you load in usb
